Flowers were ordered from Australia for a UK delivery. The online process was easy, I chose a florist closest to one of the recipients, and delivery was on the same day. Everything was confirmed along the way by email, as well as delivery when complete. Wonderful service at a sad time for the recipients, thank you.

I made this order from California. My mother was in hospital and I really wanted to send something that would lift her spirits.....the flowers are beautiful! I've been sent pictures of them, and they are gorgeous. What's more, the florist contacted my Father as the delivery could not be made direct to the hospital (where I wanted them to go), and they arranged to take them to the home address instead. Really great customer service. Thank-you so much 'Susettes'!
