Can't fault the delivery on the day, although the time I requested for delivery was ignored.

I am in the US and had less than 24 hours to get some flowers to my brother-in-law's funeral. I contacted Susettes Flowers, asking if they could please make sure to deliver before the funeral. They not only did deliver a beautiful bouquet in time for the funeral, but they got it there with time to spare!
